A second path that has been tested by failing over to it, on sites where being offline stops the operation. Diverse routing where it is available and worth paying for.
SIP and VoIP telephony
Business voice, number porting, call routing and handsets, with the network side configured so that call quality is not left to chance.
Router and switch operation
The edge equipment maintained, monitored and firmware-current, rather than installed once and forgotten.

Connectivity, honestly.
Weeks to months, depending on whether the build is already in the ground. It is the longest lead time in this division by a wide margin, and it is the one number we will not compress in a plan to make a timeline look better.
Almost always, through porting. It is a scheduled event with a defined cutover window rather than an instant switch, and the plan says what happens to calls during it.
We can procure through our own supply or you can contract directly with the provider and we operate it. Either works. If we are reselling, we say so, because you should know whether the party recommending a provider is also earning from it.
